We do this by calculating a unique and progressive training solution based upon your current fitness level, your goal and the time you have available.

  • What type of activity to undertake i.e. cycling, walking, running or swimming.
  • The intensity of each session i.e. easy, moderate, hard or extended.
  • Comprehensive options for each session.

Each week's completed plan gradually increases the intensity of your chosen options so that you can achieve your goals and ambitions on time and in a safe manner; this we believe is globally unique.
